Collette Health, a prominent provider of virtual patient observation solutions, is excited to announce the appointment of healthcare leader Christine Gall DrPH, MS, BSN, as chief nursing officer. In her new capacity, she will oversee all clinical operations and innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing Collette Health’s dedication to assisting hospitals in integrating virtual patient safety solutions, preventing falls and adverse events, and ultimately improving patient outcomes.

With over three decades of experience and a deep understanding of Patient Safety and Engagement, Quality, and Public Health Leadership, Gall brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Throughout her professional journey, she has utilized her clinical and leadership acumen to develop innovative services and programs addressing gaps in access and service delivery for at-risk and vulnerable patient populations. Gall’s commitment to enhancing healthcare quality, safety, and outcomes has honed her leadership skills across various roles and environments, spanning the continuum of care and encompassing diverse care delivery settings.

Gall holds a Doctoral Degree in Public Health Leadership (DrPH) from the University of Illinois, Chicago, a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Management (MS) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Nursing Degree (BSN) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Nursing.

Throughout her career, Gall has focused on tackling emerging industry issues and expanding programs to bridge gaps and meet evolving needs in the healthcare sector. She is renowned for her authentic and results-oriented leadership style. In her new role, she will collaborate with Collette Health’s product and clinician-led teams to harness human-centered AI and bring new use cases to fruition.
